Hello, we apologize for the issue you are facing with connecting Google Analytics to Rank Math. It seems that the error message indicates that the necessary permissions may not have been granted correctly.
Here are some steps you can take to resolve this issue:
-
Check Permissions: Ensure that you have granted all required permissions to Rank Math. You can do this by disconnecting and reconnecting your Google account with Rank Math. To do this:
- Navigate to your Google Account.
- Find Rank Math under Third-party apps with Account access and click on Remove Access.

-
Reconnect Rank Math: After removing access, go back to Rank Math SEO → General Settings → Analytics and click on the Reconnect button at the top.

-
Grant Permissions Again: When prompted, make sure to allow all permissions that Rank Math requests during the reconnection process.

-
Configure Analytics Settings: After reconnecting, ensure that you select all the necessary values in the drop-down list to configure your Analytics properties and then click on Save Changes.

-
Test Connections: Finally, you can test the connection by going to Rank Math SEO → General Settings → Analytics and clicking on the Test Connections option. A green signal indicates a valid connection, while a red signal indicates an issue.

If you continue to experience issues after following these steps, please reply to this ticket, and a human agent from the Rank Math Support team will assist you further. Thank you for raising this concern, and we hope to resolve it quickly for you!
