    Dear Rank Math Team,

    I recently purchased the Rank Math PRO version through WordPress, but used a different email address than the one currently associated with my website. I’m having trouble activating the PRO version on my site, as activation requires connecting it to the account used for the purchase.

    Kindly assist me with the following:
    1. Linking the purchase account to my current website.
    2. Or guiding me on how to transfer the license to the email currently in use on my site.

    3. In the ticket, provide the email address(es) you want to connect to your PRO account and specify your preferred email address if merging accounts.
    4. You may also need to include a screenshot of the invoice you received from FastSpring.com for verification.

    Once you submit the ticket, our support team will assist you in linking your purchase account to your current website or transferring the license as needed.

    Hello,

    We have transferred your purchased subscription to your other email account.

    Now, please update your Rank Math Plugin to the latest version: https://rankmath.com/changelog/

    You can disconnect your account by navigating to WordPress Dashboard > Rank Math > Dashboard > Help and then simply disconnect the account by clicking on Disconnect Account.

    Once you’ve disconnected your Rank Math account, you can connect it again in the same settings. In order to connect your correct account, click on Connect Now.

    Once you click on Connect Now, please ensure that you’ve selected the correct account and then click on OK, Activate Now, as shown below.

    Then head over to WordPress Dashboard → Rank Math → General Settings → Content AI and refresh the credits. Here’s a screenshot for reference:

    Once done, please go back to using Content AI and it should work without any issues.

    Lastly, to avoid any confusion in the future, would you like to merge these two accounts?

    If so, please tell us the preferred email address and we will do the needful.
