  • Hello Rank Math Support Team, I’m reaching out once again regarding the cancellation and refund request for my subscription. I received the link to the ticket you provided, but unfortunately, I’m unable to access the content. Every time I try to open the link, I encounter the following message:”You do not have permission to view this topic.”

    I’ve logged into my account properly, tried different browsers and devices, but the problem remains the same. The ticket is marked as “Private” and I’m unable to view any updates or confirmation regarding the cancellation or refund status.

    I kindly ask that you confirm via email whether the cancellation has been successfully processed, and if possible, please provide proof or confirmation of the cancellation and the refund approval.

    I look forward to your prompt response and a resolution to this matter.
