Hello,
Thank you for contacting us and sorry for any inconvenience that might have been caused due to that.
This issue could be caused by conflicting plugins/themes on your website. Kindly make sure you are using the latest version of all the plugins and themes, please update if not yet.
Here’s a guide for troubleshooting further if the issue persists:

If the issue persists, then we might need to take a closer look at the settings. Please edit the first post on this ticket and include your WordPress & FTP logins in the designated Sensitive Data section.
Please do take a complete backup of your website before sharing the information with us.

It is completely secure and only our support staff has access to that section. If you want, you can use the below plugin to generate a temporary login URL to your website and share that with us instead:

Hello,
I have updated the sensitive data as requested. Can you please check further?
Thank you.
I have provided data as required following the checks recommended. A full backup has been taken.
Just found out using AHRefs scan that it states the SiteMap is not in the correct format, this is a very strange issue to see because RankMath creates it, and I don’t have it set to advanced SEO. Thought this might help point you in the right direction because something is clearly off even though I have de-activated and re-activated.
Hello,
We checked your page sitemap and we can see it is returning a 404 error. After checking further, we found you’ve set a custom canonical URL to all the pages.
Please note that we don’t add posts/pages with custom canonical on the sitemap because usually when people do that is to prevent duplicate content so we remove the pages with the custom canonical.
You can follow this URL for more details: https://rankmath.com/kb/url-not-in-sitemap/#custom-canonical-url
If you want to add the pages to your sitemap then you’ll have to remove the custom canonical from Rank Math SEO meta box Advance tab and let Rank Math generate the self-referencing canonical, and after that, your pages will be included in your sitemap.
Regarding the SEO tests issue, we can see all the content of this page is added using the heading tags. Since Rank Math runs the tests on your content, not heading tags, the following tests are getting failed:

We suggest you add the content using the paragraph tag so that Rank Math can actually test.
For the other tests, we’ve shared this with our developers. As soon as we get some updates, we’ll make sure to let you know here.
Looking forward to helping you.
Thank you.
Hello,
The issue is caused by an experimental feature you have enabled in Elementor that optimizes the markup but since that is still in early Alpha it has the potential to break integrations.
We made our developers aware of the situation so we can prepare for when that feature is released in a stable version, but for the moment we recommend keeping it disabled under the experimental feature settings.
Thank you.
Hi Miguel, I can confirm that de-activating the Elementor Markup option has cured the issue and everything is now working as expected.
Many thanks for your help in resolving this.
