    The renewal cost of the Rank Math PRO subscription is $95.88 (ex VAT).

    The rest of the amount above the price mentioned in the email is added as a tax. We do not have any control over that as it is charged by your government.

    There’s a PRO subscription under the email address you shared but it was also already canceled since 2022.

    Can you please share another email for the recent transaction you have with us? You can also retrieve a receipt from our official payment provider FastSpring.com.

    Thank you for sharing that information. We have located the transaction.

    This transaction is currently tied to this email address [inserted in the Sensitive Data section]. You can login to your Rank Math account using that email address to manage your subscriptions.

    As for your recent renewal with us, we have initiated the refund. You should see a credit for the refund appear on your credit card statement anytime between now and the next 5 to 7 business days.

    If you used a debit card for the payment, the refund might take up to 30 days to appear on your statement. Please note that refunds for international transactions can take up to 10 days to appear for credit cards or up to 60 days for debit cards.

    For PayPal, it’s always almost instant.

    As of the month date, you won’t be able to access those premium features we refunded.

    Of course, we’re very sorry to see you go.
