The option to change the Canonical URL is available in the Free plugin.

Do note that some options are only available when you enable the Advanced Mode in Rank Math. If it’s not showing, you must have chosen to use the Easy Mode. Please follow the steps in this link to switch to Advanced Mode:

After enabling that, you should be able to see the option that you can’t see from your end before.

I enabled Advanced mode at the very beginning, but that manual canonical input field simply does not exist. As it is not mentioned at all on this page, for instance: https://rankmath.com/kb/advanced-mode/

We might need to take a closer look at the settings. Please edit the first post on this ticket and include your WordPress logins and URL of a post that doesn’t have the canonical field, in the designated Sensitive Data section.
