Yes, Rank Math works well with the Instant Indexing API and we already conducted heavy tests before we introduce it to our users.

Please note that the Instant Indexing API just sends a request to the search engine to get the content indexed faster. Once the request has been sent, it is totally up to the search engines to index the pages, and this may indeed take less or more time.
If the request was sent and no errors were shown, then you just need to give Google some time to crawl the website again and see if the page gets indexed.
