To resolve this, please ensure that you are logged into the correct Rank Math account. You can reconnect your account by following these steps:

1. Go to the Rank Math settings in your WordPress dashboard.
2. Click on Connect Now to link your account again.
3. Make sure to select the correct account and click on OK, Activate Now.

If you have multiple PRO licenses, ensure you select the right one from the License drop-down menu.

If you still do not see your subscription after reconnecting, please reply to this ticket with the email address associated with your PRO subscription, and a human agent from our support team will assist you further.

Thank you for your query and we are so sorry about the trouble this must have caused.

As per checking our records, one of your email account used to have PRO but was also cancelled due to non-payment on February 26, 2025.

Don’t worry; none of your settings will be lost during the transition. Everything gets safely stored in your WordPress database, and the PRO will remain intact and activates back as soon as your subscription becomes active again.
