    Hello,

    We were recently charged for subscription to rank math, which is correct. However, the charge was made on an account that belongs to a previous co-worker, and I can’t find the reciept for accounting.

    Would appreciate if this reciept could be sent to me, and if possible, switch the account email to my mail.

    Could you please follow the below steps?

    Step 1: Update to the latest version of Rank Math PRO manually: https://rankmath.com/kb/update-rank-math-manually/

    Step 2: Disconnect your account from WordPress Dashboard > Rank Math > Dashboard > Help

    Step 3: Reconnect from the same page using the same account you used to make a purchase.
