Invalid URL in sitemap

I had set up my website correctly with rankmath. I tested all the links in my sitemap and it all worked out.
I’ve tested my website with Google Lighthouse tools and added sitemap URL to Google search console
Both gave the same error:

Error 5 Sitemap: /sitemap_index.xml Invalid sitemap URL

I think the error occurred because of the XML file doesn’t include my website URL like this: https://example.com/product_sitemap.xml

How can I resolve this problem?
