Could you please share some of the URLs that you believe are no longer indexed?
The only reason posts can be removed from indexing through Rank math is if you intentionally or accidentally set them to index.
Ranking on Google can change for several factors and no one (except Google) can control them.
It can be just a temporal ranking change due to some algorithm update so you could have your rankings back soon or you could need to optimize the content and do some off-site SEO optimization.

https://www.percentageformula.com/ this is my website URL but if any keywords ranking today tomorrow that keywords automatically gone from the top 100 and many links deindex automatically after index request than again index. I’m also having the same issue. I’m getting an error message in Google console that the @type for Organization is not valid. Please check here. https://snipboard.io/e057Fo.jpg
It also now shows that there is no category for “Opening hours” for the type “Organization” in my Service section.
Could really use help as it states unparsable error on 13 of my website pages so far today in Google Search console.

Go to RankMath Settings > Titles and Metas > Local SEO. Change Person or Company to match the correct values.

No, not getting any error from the search console.
The two choices are either Person or Organization. Google structured data validation tool states it does not recognize “Opening Hours” for an Organization. So what choice do you utilize for Local Business?
Since there is no Local Business option, is there a way to turn off the Local SEO in the Titles and Metas section.
I ONLY want to turn off the Local SEO and none of the other options.

You can disable the Local SEO options from WordPress Dashboard > Rank Math > Dashboard.
Disable this module:
Moreover, you have to choose a relevant business category for your business inside the organization tab:
Choose something other than Organization in the drop down.
