Invalid Charge

    Hello,

    I was charged on my credit card two separate times on October 9th. One charge was in the amount of $71.88 for “content AI Starter” and the other was on the same day in the amount of $38.28 for “content AI starter” as well. However, I did not realize that I am signed up for any subscription with you, and have never used these services. I do not want these charges, and I would like a refund. The account is under “t*******@g********”

    The renewal amount of $71.88 is for your Content AI credits purchased on October 9, 2023.

    The first invoice amounting to $38.28 is for last year’s subscription. You can see the same from here: https://rankmath.com/my-account/subscriptions/?tab=payments
     
    We sent out an email reminder 7 days prior to the charge. Did you not receive that?
     
    If you received it, then sorry to disappoint you, but our refund policy does not extend to renewal subscriptions. Before the subscription happens, our system sends out an email 7 days before the actual charge so the users can cancel their subscription(s).
