In case it is helpful at all, the site I am having trouble on is:

After researching Help topics related the the link counter, I opted to remedy the issue by deleting the internal links. Of course I was hoping it would reset the counter. It definitely worked…. halfway… Now the link counter says there are zero links for everything. Do I need to do something to nudge Rank Math to go ahead and count the links on all the Pages & Posts?Also, the Overall Optimization tool on the Analytics Dashboard. It has never analyzed all my site data. Currently, it appears to “see” 63 pages, and has for some time…. Out of the 63 total, Rank Math says it has No Data for 43 of those pages. How do I get Rank Math to analyze all the pages & posts?

https://rankmath.com/kb/yoast-seo-migration/Once done, let’s try deleting old imported data and start the fresh data fetch. Please follow these steps.
1. Head over to WP Dashboard >> Rank Math >> Tools & Status and click the ‘Rebuild Index’
2. Head over to WP Dashboard >> Rank Math >> General Settings >> Analytics tab, and click the ‘Delete Data’ button and then click the ‘Update Data Manually’
3. It will start the new data fetch from Google. You can reload the page to see the notice related to the import process.
4. Once the process is complete. Please recheck the Analytics page.

Sorry to disappoint you but that process needs to be followed. In order to check your content, it should be completely loaded first. That’s why the scripts only runs in the post editor after all the content is loaded so it can check every bit of your post’s content and give you an accurate analysis.
However, if it is still not working for pages, assuming you are using the latest version of all the plugins and the themes (please update if not yet), it would seem like a conflict with one of the plugins or the theme you are using.

Only the site admin would know and your users won’t be affected by this troubleshooting.
