  • Hello, we apologize for the issue you are facing with the Instant Indexing plugin showing a 404 error. This error typically indicates that the URL you are trying to index does not exist or is incorrect. Here are a few steps you can take to troubleshoot this issue:

    1. Check the URL: Ensure that the URL you are trying to submit is correct and that the page exists on your website.

    2. Verify Page Status: Make sure that the page is published and not in draft mode. If the page is not publicly accessible, it will result in a 404 error.

    3. Review Instant Indexing Setup: Double-check that the Instant Indexing module is properly enabled in your Rank Math settings. You can do this by navigating to WordPress Dashboard → Rank Math SEO and ensuring the module is activated.

    4. Use Google Search Console: If the page is correctly set up and still not indexing, you can try submitting the URL directly through Google Search Console. Make sure to check for any errors reported there as well.

If you continue to experience issues after these checks, please reply to this ticket, and a human agent from the Rank Math Support team will assist you further. Thank you for raising this concern!
