  • Hello,

Thank you for contacting the support and sorry for any inconvenience that might have been caused due to that.

Assuming you are using the latest version of Rank Math, all the other plugins and the themes (please update if not yet), it would seem like a conflict with one of the plugins or the theme you are using.

To determine that, please follow this troubleshooting guide:
    https://rankmath.com/kb/check-plugin-conflicts/

Only the site admin would know and your users won’t be affected by this troubleshooting.

If the issue persists, please record a video screencast using a tool like Loom showing the troubleshooting and edit the first post on this ticket and include your WordPress & FTP logins in the designated Sensitive Data section.
    Sensitive Data Section

It is completely secure and only our support staff has access to that section. If you want, you can use the below plugin to generate a temporary login URL to your website and share that with us instead:

You can use the above plugin in conjunction with the WP Security Audit Log to monitor what changes our staff might make on your website (if any):

Please do take a complete backup of your website before sharing the information with us.

We really look forward to helping you.

    Hello,

It seems to be a conflict with WooCommerce – MailerLite Version 1.5.5 plugin. I deactivated that and indexing works again.

What should my nest steps be?

    Hello,

You should get in touch with the WooCommerce MailerLite support team and inform them about the issue caused by their plugin.

They will be able to resolve those issues.

Hope this helps. Let us know if you need any further assistance.

I am having the same issues with the same MailerLite plugin. I did reach out to them and this is what they said
“Upon further checking, I see a case like this with another client using RankMath. From the investigation of our tech team, it seems that it throws an error at plugins/fast-indexing-api/vendor/guzzlehttp/psr7/src/Request.php:53
And they confirmed that that’s not in our plugin. 🙁 Seems that the issue is on the Instant Indexing side so you would need to contact them. You can provide them that error and they should be able to check that further for you!”

Please advise because both you and them are passing the ball around and we are stuck in the middle

Shawn, did you ever get this fixed?

Sadly, No. I left the mailerlite plugin disabled which is not helpful

    Hello @David,

It seems like there is a version conflict of Guzzle. The Instant Indexing plugin is still using an old version of Guzzle. MailerLite seems to have an updated version that is conflicting with our old version.

So the Google Instant Indexing will not work when the MailerLite is active. Our dev team is aware of the GuzzleHttp issue and they are working on it, but we don’t have an ETA about it. We will try to fix this as soon as it’s possible.

Hope this helps. Let us know if you need any further assistance.

    Hello,

Since we did not hear back from you for 15 days, we are assuming that you found the solution. We are closing this support ticket.

If you still need assistance or any other help, please feel free to open a new support ticket, and we will be more than happy to assist.

    Thank you.
