I am finding that my job posts are not getting indexed quickly even though i am using instant indexing and index now ( two plugins and i have used single plugin too )and i find that it is taking more than 3 ,4 days to get indexed and with in that time it is not usable for job posting websites like me .why it is not workin and how much time it will take to get indexed quickly and also i have a question till the last one year i never submitted the requests manually . i think it indexed automatically but it is not working and i tryed today after 4 ,5 hours later – it showed success as status .

2)also if job schema as the artcile type should i fill the entries repeatedly for every posts or will it gets take entry automatically from the titles etc. and i am getting some errors later in search console even though i didnt enter any details in job schema.

    Hello,

Thank you for contacting Rank Math for help with SEO for your job posting website.

The Google instant indexing API is there to get job posting crawled and indexed quicker. whenever you submit a new job post Google should at least crawl the URL within a few hours.

To check that a new post has been crawled do the following. A few hours after publishing the post, visit Google Search Console. Paste the URL of the job post in the “inspect any URL” search box. Under the coverage section you will find the crawl and index status information about the URL.

To make sure your posts are indexed after crawling, make sure that they have the correct correct schema. Please activate jobPost schema type by default for all job postings. You can refer to our guide for how to correctly configure schema markup: https://rankmath.com/kb/rich-snippets/

Doing the above should also help you get indexed faster on Bing (Index now API)

Hope that helps. If you have questions, do not hesitate to ask.

    hi,
1)any rough idea how much time it will take for google to index any posts.
2)also kindly let me know whether job schema has to be entered manually every time for each posts or it gets automatically filled based on the title ,description etc. but i got a error message regarding job ,location etc. in search console.
    3) is there any way i can automate job posting or fetch jobs from any rss feed ? i was trying for long but didn’t get proper understanding to do that . kindly share me a simpler document.
    4) my traffic was less for quite some time ,but i used to get 700-1000 visits per day when i was usin rank math pro but since i am less revenue could not go for pro plan and now my traffic has reduced to 200-300 views per day.
    5) if I am travelling i can post through wordpress app in mobile , but i don’t see the functionality f rank math there. is it so because at present rankmath doesn’t support mobile?

    Hello,

1)any rough idea how much time it will take for google to index any posts.

We can’t give an estimate as it depends on the quality of your content and whether it meets all the guidelines. Job posts submitted with the instant indexing API should be indexed in a few hours but some websites can take over two weeks to get new content indexed.

2)also kindly let me know whether job schema has to be entered manually every time for each posts or it gets automatically filled based on the title ,description etc. but i got a error message regarding job ,location etc. in search console.

This depends on your setup. If you have an additional plugin that handles job post information, the schema might be entered automatically. If you are creating the job posts without an additional plugin or specialized theme, you will have to manually enter the job post schema in Rank Math.

    3) is there any way i can automate job posting or fetch jobs from any rss feed ? i was trying for long but didn’t get proper understanding to do that . kindly share me a simpler document.

Automated job posting is out of our area of specialization so I cannot give reliable advice on that. However, I did a few quick searches for the terms “wordpress job aggregator” and “wordpress rss aggregator” and the results I found look like what you are looking for.

    4) my traffic was less for quite some time ,but i used to get 700-1000 visits per day when i was usin rank math pro but since i am less revenue could not go for pro plan and now my traffic has reduced to 200-300 views per day.

I am sorry to learn about your decline in traffic since moving back to the free version. We have a comprehensive knowledgebase and a YouTube channel full of informative videos to help you improve your SEO. Hopefully they will help improve your traffic until you can move back to Rank Math PRO

    5) if I am travelling i can post through wordpress app in mobile , but i don’t see the functionality f rank math there. is it so because at present rankmath doesn’t support mobile?

The WordPress mobile app (By Automattic) is connected to your website through the JetPack plugin. It allows limited functionality and does not allow other plugin features by default. You may have to enquire with JetPack or the WordPress plugin support on whether it is possible to activate other plugins on the mobile app.

Hope that helps. If you have questions, do not hesitate to ask.

    Hi,

    1)got the point.
    2) I am not using any other plugin for schema for job posts rather than rank math .so can you kindly suggest any plugin that automates the schema entries. I am also not using any special job portal theme. I am publishing jobs in usual posts area .you can kindly check my website mentioned in sensitive area.
    3) you mentioned some idea regarding plugins but you forgot the link or plugin.
    4) will try optimising for SEO again.
    5) got the point.

    Hello,

    2) I am not using any other plugin for schema for job posts rather than rank math .so can you kindly suggest any plugin that automates the schema entries.

We have not tested any job posting plugins so we cannot give a recommendation at the moment. You could try using the ACF plugin together with Rank Math. This allows to create custom fields which can be linked to Rank Math schema. You can refer to the following two guides:
How to integrate ACF with Rank Math: https://rankmath.com/kb/advanced-custom-fields/
How to use ACF fields in schema generator: https://rankmath.com/kb/how-to-use-acf-fields-in-schema-generator/

    3) you mentioned some idea regarding plugins but you forgot the link or plugin.

I provided the search terms I used to find some plugins that look like they will work. I cannot make recommendations because I did not test the anything. You can check the results by searching on Google for “wordpress job aggregator” or “wordpress rss aggregator”

Hope that helps. If you have questions, do not hesitate to ask.

    HI,
    1) I checked the indexation of my links – it was not getting indexed in google -even after a time duration of 1 week + article. i thought rank math automatically index all the articles, but i have to manually index all these artciles in google search console -then only it is getting indexed. why is that and automatic index or instant indexing doesnt work for me . kindly fix this issue.any my posts are job posts -so requires instant indexing- you can check my instant indexing and instant now -it is working for bing and not for google

    2) how does acf plugin works? hOW WILL I KNOW IT IS automatically entering the predefined fields for job posting schema .but no job posting schema is appearing in google for jobs .so what i should do ? enter and configure it manually or acf plugings configure manually for job schema with respect to all the seo titles etc.

    Hello,

I am sorry to hear that instant indexing is not working on your job posting website.

Please may you verify that instant indexing is set up and running correctly on your website. To do this from your WordPress dashboard, navigate to Rank Math > Instant Indexing > Console, enter your website address, select “Google: get URL status” and click “Sent to API”. Please wait a few moments and a response will be displayed. Please share a screenshot of the response you get. You can use a tool like imgbb.com to share screenshot links.

If you receive an error, please follow our blog post to make sure Instant indexing is set up correctly: https://rankmath.com/blog/google-indexing-api/

Please follow our guide to integrate Rank Math with ACF. Once ACF integration has been set up, you can follow our guide to use ACF fields with the schema generator: https://rankmath.com/kb/how-to-use-acf-fields-in-schema-generator/

Hope that helps. Please let us know if you have questions.

    hi ,
i checked it first and it was success .after 0.5 hour later when i tried again with various urls added it is showing error ,but in the document link how to rectify the error is not shown. and since it was showing “success” in the initial attempts i think te fault must ne something else. should we add url’s everytime manually to index now api and check it otr it will be automatically submitted? please see the link for screenshot.”https://ibb.co/TBnpKJJ”.

    2) i am trying acf integration -but it seems to be difficlut . will comeback later on this one.

    Hello,

Can you please share the Raw Response from the Indexing API?

Click on Send to API and then click on the Show Raw Response button. Please share a screenshot of the raw response with us.

And if you have selected your post type for the automatic submission in the IndexNow API Settings then every time you update or publish a post, it will be automatically submitted to the API.

    Looking forward to helping you.

    Thanks.

    hi,
no when i checked the url as well as submitting to google ,now it is not showing error.but can you please help us in showing the settings for auto submission ,and how to know it is automatically submitted with out my manual submission and is successful, because after a post is published ,in search console o check immediately it wont be there ,since it will be only a fraction of minutes.

also 2) i am leaving all job post schema without any manual filling thinking that acf fields and rankmath plugin is submitting the job post schema ,but none them is appearing in google jobs ,neither i am not able to check wether job post schema is submitted suceesfully by rank math ,but i can see that title ,job description etc is prefilled with seo titles commands . so should i submit manually job posting everytime manualy ?. it is not working in automatically filled mode. i request you to help me with this two questions

    Hello,

Please note that even if you submit the URLs via the Instant Indexing feature automatically and it returns a successful status it doesn’t mean that Google will index those pages.

That feature only pings Google about the page and requests the indexing, but after that, it’s entirely up to Google if it finds that page has content worthing indexing or not.

Regarding the Schema markup, even if you have everything correctly set up and the Schema is validating fine on your pages, you can check in the Rich Results Tool, Google might decide to not show Rich Results for the pages.

So, the only thing we can control is the quality of the website and the technical aspects of the Schema markup. If your Schema markup is validating fine there’s nothing more we can do from our side.

Don’t hesitate to get in touch if you have any other questions.
