– Response 500 in ajax call for refresh
– Response 200 in ajax call for API limits
I have some screen shots of this, but not sure if needed and how to send them.
The error response has a “syntax error in json.parse”, but I think it’s nor relevant, because the error message is HTML and not json: “<p>Ha habido un error crítico en esta web.</p>…..”

I can’t see the 500 error in the error log.
As for error log, I’ve done these steps:
– delete error log file
– try to get root URL status with instant indexing, error at 12:26:34
– look for error log file (refreshing)… it’s not created
– try again, just in case… new error at 12:31:39
Then I’ve take a look to raw access log from the web server. Here I can see a 500 error, in a POST CALL:

How is the installation in the multisite? Are you installing on the network but only activating on the individual sites? If not, please switch to that formula.
In case you are already doing so, please check the server error log and make sure that the PHP error logs are enabled so that the log is updated when this error is triggered.

Just in case, I’ve generated a new API-key in GCP, but same error.

Please, confirm that you have added spanish as an accepted alternative language in your browser. This caused problems with a previous support connection for other plugin.
I have QUIC.cloud CDN, and have verified the security definition for countries, and all are enabled. In my security plugin, there’s no countries banned.
If it keeps failing, please, send me the codes the ID and the IP in plain text, that is shown in the error message, to send it to my hosting support.
As for the screenshot you attached, it seems to be a filter by my hosting, not from CDN nor WordPress.

We got an error when trying to login to the website, even with Spanish set as a language in the browser:
Having said that, you need to enable the PHP error logging and check the error log from the server directly to see what error is exactly showing when this fails.
The error log you shared is only for WordPress and doesn’t contain information about this particular error.

I have changed the user and password. Previous one was missconfigured.
Regarding logs:
– This failure is not appearing in error log.
– The error messages I attached in a previous message are not related to this error, only relation is by the timeframe: errors are logged, but none of them is from Instant Indexing.
– I have checked PHP configuration in CPANEL, and error loging is active, as describer here:

Only if there’s a more specific configuration that could be done for logging more errors.

The error log from PHP should be showing the errors coming from the Instant Indexing plugin since the 500 errors are server errors.
Make sure that the server error log is also enabled on your website.
In any case, you might also try to conduct a plugin conflict to see if with only the Instant Indexing enabled you are able to correctly submit a URL.
