Hello,
5xx errors are usually caused due to server misconfiguration or other server issues.
Can you please share the website error log with us?
Having the error log file will give a clear idea of why this might be happening.
You can follow this guide to enable debugging in WordPress
https://wordpress.org/support/article/debugging-in-wordpress/ or you can get in touch with your web host, they will help you locate the log file.Looking forward to helping you.
Thank you.
Hi Farhad, Do I need to share the screenshot of error log file?
Hello,
You may share a screenshot or use a tool like https://www.file.io/ to share the log file with us.
Looking forward to helping you.
Thank you.
Hello Sakib,

also Hosting provider have shared a screenshot with me upon requesting
https://file.io/7DYDn4H6IM0pPls check the issue,, and how to resolve it.
pls guide on errors, I have already shared the log file…
thanks
Hello,
We deeply apologize for the delay in response.
The error log you’ve shared doesn’t seem to be containing errors related to our Instant Indexing plugin.
However, from the error log you’ve shared, it seems to be you’re using AIOSEO plugin on your site. Can you please confirm if you’re using another SEO plugin alongside Rank Math?
If so, please disable any other plugins except Rank Math in order to avoid issues like plugin conflict.
After that, turn on WP debugger, perform the action again to generate debug log and share the latest error log with us, so that we can investigate the issue further for you.
Looking forward to helping you.
Thank you.
Thanks for the reply,
I have not installed any other plugin than RANKMATH…
There is a little confusion as you just said that two of same purpose plugins should not be there in the wordpress website.
I have noticed that in RANKMATH there is “instant indexing” tab which shows automatically….Pls correct if its true.. and If its there Do I need to install another “INSTANT INDEXING” plugin for applying API
Pls guide on WP DEBUGGER… How to do that?
Hello,
I have noticed that in RANKMATH there is “instant indexing” tab which shows automatically….Pls correct if its true.. and If its there Do I need to install another “INSTANT INDEXING” plugin for applying API
Yes, that’s correct. Instant Indexing tab should automatically added to Rank Math, and you won’t need to install any other plugin for that.
Pls guide on WP DEBUGGER… How to do that?
Just as mentioned above, you can follow the URL https://wordpress.org/support/article/debugging-in-wordpress/ to enable WP debugger on your site. After enabling that, try submitting a URL through Instant Indexing plugin, and then share the debug log with us here.
Looking forward to helping you.
Thank you.
Ohk… I will study this and will get back to you soon…
Hello,
Sure!
Meanwhile, please do not hesitate to let us know if you need our assistance with anything else.
Thank you.
Hi Sakib, Thank you so much for guiding me so patiently,
I found this https://wordpress.org/plugins/debug-bar/ “Debug Bar ” plugin for debugging the website, Is it the one I should install?
Hello,
I’m not sure but most likely that won’t help in this case.
You can try following this detailed guide on how you can enable WordPress Debug mode:
https://wpastra.com/docs/enable-debugging-in-wordpress/After enabling debug mode, try submitting URLs in Instant Index plugin. You should encounter the same Error Undefined issue there.
After that, you can look for
debug.logfile inside your/wp-content/folder and share that with us here using https://www.file.io/If you’re still unsure about this one, you can either ask your hosting provider to do that for you, or you can provide WordPress and FTP credentials in the sensitive data section, so that we can do that for you.
To share the credentials, please edit the first post on this ticket and include your WordPress & FTP logins in the designated Sensitive Data section.
Please do take a complete backup of your website before sharing the information with us.;
It is completely secure and only our support staff has access to that section. If you want, you can use the below plugin to generate a temporary login URL to your website and share that with us instead:
https://wordpress.org/plugins/temporary-login-without-password/
You can use the above plugin in conjunction with the WP Security Audit Log to monitor what changes our staff might make on your website (if any):
https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-security-audit-log/
Looking forward to helping you.
Thank you.
Hi Sakib,
