    Hi,
    I have successfully activated Google API JS and uploaded the JS file with Instant indexing option in rank math.

    For some reason, it’s not working for me and I want to remove the JS file which I had uploaded in Instant indexing. Could you please tell me how can I remove this JS file and revert back the process???

    Hello,

    Thank you for contacting Rank Math, and sorry for any inconvenience caused.

    Remove the JSON-LD codes and hit Save Changes, and it should remove them from the settings. Once you have, you can disable the plugin.

    May I know what issues were you having? Did it throw you errors when you try to Get Status?

    When I upload the js file, the plugin says “uploaded successfully” but nothing happens and I can even see the file I upload. Now, where is the JSON LD code? where should I look for this?

    Hello,

    Instead of uploading the file, would you try copying the contents of our JSON file and pasting them.

    Ok, I’ll do it but what about the file which I had uploaded?

    I want to delete that if that is present in my website.

    Hello,

    It appears that the file you uploaded did not upload correctly, and that is why my colleague recommended you to paste the codes instead. You can’t delete the file because it wasn’t uploaded. Else it will appear as codes at the section shown earlier on.
