Remove the JSON-LD codes and hit Save Changes, and it should remove them from the settings. Once you have, you can disable the plugin.

Instead of uploading the file, would you try copying the contents of our JSON file and pasting them.
Then follow the guidelines from here: https://rankmath.com/blog/google-indexing-api/#add-api-key

It appears that the file you uploaded did not upload correctly, and that is why my colleague recommended you to paste the codes instead. You can’t delete the file because it wasn’t uploaded. Else it will appear as codes at the section shown earlier on.
