Instant Indexing for Google not work for me

I am using the plugin “Instant Indexing for Google” but when I submitted the URL it shows an error mentioned below:

Kindly tell me how can I resolve this issue?

Thanks for the response. Theme causes an issue. When I change the theme it works fine.
