Hello,
We apologize for the issue you are facing with the Instant Indexing feature in Rank Math. The error message "404 Requested entity was not found" typically indicates that the URL you are trying to submit may not be accessible or does not exist at the time of the request.
Here are a few steps you can take to troubleshoot this issue:
-
Check URL Accessibility: Ensure that the URL you are trying to submit is live and accessible. You can do this by visiting the URL directly in your browser.
-
Verify API Key: If you are using the Bing URL Submission API, make sure that your API key is correctly configured in Rank Math. An invalid or missing API key can lead to submission errors.
-
Clear Cache: Sometimes, caching plugins can interfere with the submission process. Try clearing your site cache and then attempt to submit the URL again.
-
Re-enable Instant Indexing Module: Go to your WordPress dashboard, navigate to Rank Math SEO → Instant Indexing, and try disabling and then re-enabling the Instant Indexing module.
-
Check for Plugin Conflicts: Deactivate other plugins temporarily to see if there’s a conflict causing the issue.
-
Review Google Search Console: Since you mentioned that the URLs are already indexed, check Google Search Console for any additional errors or warnings related to those URLs.
If the problem persists after trying these steps, please reply to this ticket, and a human agent from the Rank Math Support team will assist you further. Thank you for bringing this concern to our attention, and we’re here to help!
