But I have not tried to send too many request. I only sent one and then went on to check the history to see all the automatic ones that was tried 3 days ago failed and has the same code!

Thank you for your patience.
In this case, please note that if you have automatic submissions set for any post type, each time you save an edit to a post inside that post type it will trigger a submission.
This might cause a high number of submissions if you are constantly making changes and saving them.

Please ask your hosting provider to enable the PHP and server error logging in case it isn’t and then submit a couple of URLs.
The reason for this is that currently, the POST routes are returning a 500 error which is a server error, so the information should be logged in the server log.
After that, the server error log should be populated with some issues and if you could share that with us we could advise further on what’s causing this.

Hi, I do not see any error on the server log, but do see some entried on the access log when I try Instant Index on some pages. Not sure if that’ll help. See below:

Hello,
To see the issue in the server logs or PHP error logs you need to enable both the server and PHP error logging and then check both files.
If the error is coming from a PHP module it will be displayed in the PHP error log, otherwise, it will be displayed on the server error log.
The access logs don’t give any insightful information into the issue.
