If you are trying to submit or update a post on Google SERPs, the action you should choose is the first one on that list.
The second one is to remove a particular URL and the third one is simply to get the URL status.
As for the last one, that is for the IndexNow API which is used by the Bing search engine.

The submit option for Bing is already integrated with Rank Math. That tool is used for Bing and Yandex search engines, while Instant Indexing is for Google.
