If you wish to use Rank Math indexNow API, you should disable Cloudflare crawler hints as they have similar features which might conflict with each other.

Thanks for the suggestion, I have a logic query more than anything else that comes to my mind.
Currently I have Gutenberg Editor Disable when I am creating a post the rank math plugin tells me that I should place a title in hi, h2,h3,h4 etc when creating the post my title is not in h1 or h2 ect but on the side of the user if it is in h1 oh2 etc but I would like to meet this plugin requirement to get good rank math plugin url statistics

To pass the test, you need to add your focus keyword inside a subheading. If your content doesn’t have subheadings and adding one doesn’t go with it, you can simply ignore the test.
