Hello,
Thank you for contacting the support and we regret the inconvenience caused.
It is likely that the service account is not listed as “Owner” for the site in Search Console.
Please follow this guide and see if that fixes the issue: https://rankmath.com/blog/google-indexing-api/#:~:text=content/plugins.-,6.2,-403%20Permission%20denied
Let us know how that goes.
Thank you.
per all the screenshots this is not the problem, owner is selected. please open the screenshots and look at them again please.
Hello,
I was unable to find any screenshots in the ticket.
In the sensitive data section, you’ve mentioned “EERE IS A LINK TO ALL THE SCREENSHOTS”, but there is no link attached. The only link is of your homepage where I was unable to find any related screenshots.
Please share the screenshot’s link again so that we can understand the insights of the issue.
Looking forward to hearing back from you.
Thank you.
Hello,
I have checked the screenshots, and the service account is listed as Owner.
Can you please delete the plugin, install and configure the settings again?

Reconfiguring the plugin should fix the issue.
Let us know if the issue persists.
We are here to assist you.
so I changed the omain in the API to add WWW in front of domain name and got success. What is the reason for this? why cant I use the root domain ukulelemusicinfo.com and not http://www.ukulelemusicinfo.com?
Hello,
This is because the property on Google Search Console is also added with the www variation and all the variations should match to prevent any permission issues.
Don’t hesitate to get in touch if you have any other questions.
