Thanks, but in order to include a domain to have the api, you have to create an account with a gmail email, right? And it has happened to me that after 3 months it asks you to put your card details and to have a billing account. Thanks

Google only asks to include the billing details if you want to use a paid feature of Google Cloud Platform like Google Maps API.
