    hi there
Apparently, Google has recently changed the apis or the rules related to them, and we can’t use indexing and we get an undefined error, we can’t update the pages, and we have to deactivate the instant index plugin. On the google api project page, it shows me a message that the url is not set. Do I have to do something else besides your training steps?

    google says:

Please check URL parameters and permissions

The link you followed was not configured correctly. Required URL parameter apiid is missing. If you are trying to start using an API, you can follow the Getting Started guide for APIs.

You are going to make changes to project ‘gold-fiber-367310’. If this is not the project you intended to use, you can select or create a different project using the project selector above.

  • Hello,

Thank you for contacting Rank Math and bringing your concern to our attention. I’m sorry for any inconvenience this issue may have caused you.

Can you please share the website error log with us?

Having the error log file will give a clear idea of why this might be happening.

You can follow this guide to enable debugging in WordPress
https://wordpress.org/support/article/debugging-in-wordpress/ or you can get in touch with your web host, they will help you locate the log file.

Meanwhile, we would recommend following the steps again to generate a new key and configure the feature by following this guide: https://rankmath.com/blog/google-indexing-api/

Let us know how this goes.

    Thank you.

    Hello,

I have updated the sensitive data as requested. Can you please check further?

    Thank you.

    Hello,

That points to the configuration of the Instant Indexing being done wrongly as the token is invalid and doesn’t seem to have the necessary permissions.

We would recommend following the steps again to generate a new key and configure the feature by following this guide: https://rankmath.com/blog/google-indexing-api/

Let us know how it goes. Looking forward to helping you.

    Thank you.

I had done all the things like the link you sent and for a few months several of our sites were working properly but at the same time they all went down. Now I wanted to do it again, but it gives the same error and it cannot be enabled like before. If I go to complete the api before this and come back, this will also be fixed, but in the end it will not work. I think that some changes have been made by Google, either on my account or on the api

I will send a screenshot (https://imgur.com/ has an error)
    i uploaded on google drvie:

    Hello,

I tried to access the drive URL you’ve shared but it seems access/permission is needed to access that URL.

Please remove the permission issue from the URL or you may also use a tool like imgbb to share screenshots with us.

However, the “Invalid JWT” error may occur when the server’s clock is not in sync with NTP. Please check the server time, and fix it if it’s incorrect. If you do not know how to do this, please get in touch with your hosting provider.

Let us know how it goes. Looking forward to helping you.

    Thank you.

I have same issue, i already add new JSON but still error 500.

    Hello @febritriharmoko1,

Sorry to hear that you’ve the same issue.

As explained above, Can you please try checking if the server time, and fix it if it’s incorrect?

You can also get in touch with your hosting provider and they should be able to check and fix that for you.

If that doesn’t fix the issue, please open a new forum topic and we would love to assist you there.

    Thank you.

    tnx for you answer

The problem is that Google’s api also has an error and is not related to our server at all, however, I will follow up on what you said.

Even if I reject this error by activating the APIs, I still get undefined error on the site. I went through the steps several times

    Hello @dastanpoor,

Sure! Let us know how it goes.

Meanwhile, please do not hesitate to let us know if you need our assistance with anything else.

    Thank you.

The server manager said that there is no problem with the server clock and it is compatible with ntp
Any comments on the screenshot and my previous message?

The server support stated that the problem was with the server and solved the problem. I hope this will help other friends too

    thank you

    Hello,
