Made some progress but a bit confused. Index submit seems to work but Index Now doesn’t. Do I need the instant indexing plugin if I am using Rank Math or is that just for non Rank Math users?

IndexNow is a separate API for indexing on Bing. You can follow this guide to set up indexNow correctly on your website: https://rankmath.com/kb/how-to-use-indexnow/
