but I can still see it on the home page. and that white space below the tabs was also not present before installing the script.
1. Please eliminate the white space on top
2. remove the “Home” word on the home page

We don’t see any breadcrumbs on the homepage and the white line you see there is only shown if you have the admin toolbar for WordPress enabled.
That is because the header of your website is fixed to the top by a CSS rule and that causes issues with the CSS rules of the admin bar from WordPress.
You can see a screencast of us accessing your website homepage and without the admin bar we don’t see any issues on that page, even if we reload to refresh the page: https://i.rankmath.com/GGxOe9
