Hello,
We apologize for the persistent database error you are facing after installing Rank Math. Since you’ve already checked the troubleshooting items, here are a few additional steps you can take:
-
Check Your Database Login Credentials: Ensure that the database login credentials in your wp-config.php
file are correct. This file is usually located at the root of your WordPress site.
-
Repairing Corrupt Database: If your database might be corrupted, you can refer to our troubleshooting guide for further assistance.
-
Issues With Your Database Server: If the above steps do not resolve the issue, it may be worth checking with your hosting provider to see if there are any issues on their end.
-
Corrupted Plugin or Themes: Sometimes, a plugin or theme can cause conflicts. You might want to deactivate other plugins temporarily to see if that resolves the issue.
If you continue to experience problems, please reply to this ticket with your site URL and any specific error messages you are seeing. A human agent from our support team will then be able to assist you further.
Thank you for your patience, and we look forward to helping you resolve this issue!

The site is properly configured, and there are no errors or corrupted tables (tested). We’re not restoring the last backup as we made a bunch of other changes today. Additionally, disabling rankmath plugin will resolve the database error which doesn’t appear to be causing any issues with the site.
