installation not proceeding?

    I have installed RankMath (Version 1.0.45) and when I go to “connect to my account”, the screen goes blank and doesn’t ever allow me to connect to my newly-created account.

    I don’t think that this is an issue caused by conflicting plugins, but I am curious — is there a minimum administrative level that one needs to install this plugin?

    Hello,

    Thank you for contacting Rank Math and sorry for any inconvenience that might have been caused due to that.

    You would need just enough permissions to do changes in the site (the role you have when you are able to see the plugins’ section).

    But your issue could be due to a different thing. When doing it, do you see any issue in the dev console? Are you using any security plugin? Do you have disabled the WordPress API REST?

    I was able to deduce that the errors were caused by the way our “user management” software was not giving enough permissions on the plugin.
    After changing permissions, this issue has been resolved.
