Installation disappears automatically

    I know how the error happened. But it usually happens within the past 1 month.

    General installation now
    1/ Links
    2/ Breadcrumbs
    3/ Webmaster Tools
    4/ Image
    5/ Redirection

    Previous setting data will disappear automatically.

    Today it repeats again. Can someone help me?

    Please reply here @Anas. Old case I accidentally switched to PRO mode and did not have permission to view it

    Have you cleared your database recently?

    The Rankmath configurations are stored in the database and re-installing the plugin would not delete the previous settings.

    If you have not deleted anything from the database, could you please check the error log, if there are any errors related to Rank Math?

    I checked. There are no errors in RankMath related error_log.

    No changes to my Database.

    The above installation failure occurs once a day.

    We noticed that you are using a PRO version but you do not have a paid license in your account and the license on your website is not activated.

    Which options are you facing this issue with because we are able to save the settings just fine.

    You can come back tomorrow.
    The general settings will disappear automatically.

    I wait a bit and upon checking your general settings page, the settings that my colleague changed didn’t “disappear” and it didn’t revert back to their old settings.

    If you are still able to experience this issue on your end, can you please conduct a screencast on this so it will help us further determine what’s causing the issue?

    Can someone go back and check it out. The general settings they were made in the past are gone.

    I’ve checked the settings, specifically these ones that were changed:

    -Open External Links in New Tab/Window (enabled)
    -Add missing ALT attributes (disabled)
    -Add missing TITLE attributes (disabled)

    And it seems that they are still showing the same as my colleague mentioned here. Could you please specify which settings are you referring to that got reverted?
