Regarding Instagram and other social media sites like LinkedIn, sorry to disappoint, but that feature is removed because Google doesn’t show those in the Knowledge Graph now.
However, these Social media sites use the same Open graph image as Facebook, so it should show the same. You can also test your posts/page how it shows live and any issues with the preview in Facebook Debugger Tool
