    Hi,

    I have two questions about SEO scores.

    1. The SEO scores about the same pages and posts are all different. For example, when I see the score in the list of pages, its score is 55 and when I see it in the wordpress editor, it is 94 and it is 52 in the Elementor SEO editor. Which one is more correct? I also did Recalculate SEO scores in the Data Tools tab.

    2. When I created a page, Rankmath SEO said that I included focus keywords well in the first paragraph and in the contents. Even though I didn’t change the post, it is saying again that it can not find any focus keyword in the first paragraph and in the contents. What’s wrong with this?

    Please make sure you’re using the latest version of the Rank Math plugin on your website: https://rankmath.com/changelog/

    Once done, please clear Rank Math’s transients from WP Dashboard > Rank Math > Status & Tools > Database Tools > Remove Rank Math Transients: https://rankmath.com/kb/rank-math-status-and-tools/#rank-math-transients

    If the issue persists, then we might need to take a closer look at the settings. Please edit the first post on this ticket and include your WordPress & FTP logins in the designated Sensitive Data section.

    Please do take a complete backup of your website before sharing the information with us.

    We removed Transients as you instructed, but same thing happens.
    Our Rank Math SEO version is 1.0.234.1 and there is no update available.

    Hi, even I subscribed to Pro version and I got the message that Rank Math Pro is activated, it is still requesting to upgrade to Pro. I cannot see the data about tracking keyword performance. What do I need to do?

    Hello,

    We deeply apologize for the unexpected delay in response. We follow the queue while replying to the tickets but when you reply back again, it breaks the queue.

    After checking your website, we found that your Rank Math account was not properly connected to the website. However, we connected your Rank Math account and now all the PRO features are working properly without any issues.

    We also found that the action to fetch the data from Google was set to fetch every 1 week. We’ve fixed that and from now data will be automatically fetched every 3 days.

    Regarding the SEO score, please note that when you are using Elementor as your page builder, you should always rely on the score from inside Elementor’s visual builder because when you are in the default WordPress editor, there are some shortcodes that are not readable from Elementor and the discrepancy can happen.

    The correct score is the one shown in Elementor and you will have to update the post in the Elementor editor to save the correct score.

    Also, the SEO score is only for your reference and doesn’t affect the actual SEO performance of your site. If you feel any of them don’t apply to your page or you have already done them, you can safely ignore them as search engines test the live version of your site.
