    1. I don’t have a regular subscription to Rankmes pro, why is $79.07 paid?

    2. It reached $79.07 on July 16, 2024, and another $79.07 was settled on August 2, 2024. (KST)

    Why is it double-paying?

    This seems to be a renewal for your Content AI subscription. Additionally, there’s no PRO subscription in this account, only the Content AI subscription as mentioned.

    Our refund policy does not extend for renewal subscriptions. Before the renewal happens, our system sends out an email 7 days before the actual charge so the users can cancel their subscription(s).
