  • Hello,

We apologize for the issue you are facing with the Rank Math information not showing on the Pages menu. It seems that the Rank Math data is still present when you edit the individual pages, which indicates that the information is not lost but may not be displaying correctly in the overview.

This could be due to a few reasons, such as a caching issue or a conflict with another plugin. Here are a few steps you can take to troubleshoot this issue:

    1. Clear Cache: If you are using a caching plugin, try clearing the cache to see if that resolves the issue.
    2. Check for Plugin Conflicts: Temporarily deactivate other plugins to see if there is a conflict causing this issue.
    3. Update Rank Math: Ensure that you are using the latest version of Rank Math. Sometimes, updates can fix bugs and improve functionality.
    4. Re-save Permalinks: Go to Settings > Permalinks in your WordPress dashboard and simply click Save Changes to refresh your permalinks.

If the problem persists after trying these steps, please reply to this ticket, and a human agent from the Rank Math Support team will assist you further.

Thank you for bringing this concern to our attention!

    problem still persists.

    Hello,

Thanks for contacting Rank Math and sorry for any inconvenience this may have caused.

To resolve this issue, please head over to your WordPress Dashboard > Rank Math > Status & Tools > Database Tools.

Ensure that you have enabled advanced mode to see the Database Tools tab.

Then, click on the button “Recalculate Score”, and wait for it to process.

    calculate

After that, check the post list page and the post and see if the SEO scores and other information are updated.

However, if the issue persists, then we might need to take a closer look at the settings. Please edit the first post on this ticket and include your WordPress & FTP logins in the designated Sensitive Data section.

Please do take a complete backup of your website before sharing the information with us.

    Sensitive Data Section

It is completely secure and only our support staff has access to that section. If you want, you can use the below plugin to generate a temporary login URL to your website and share that with us instead:

    https://wordpress.org/plugins/temporary-login-without-password/

You can use the above plugin in conjunction with the WP Security Audit Log to monitor what changes our staff might make on your website (if any):

    Looking forward to helping you.

    Thank you.

    Hello,

I have updated the sensitive data as requested. Can you please check further?

    Thank you.

hello, whats the status of this?

    Hello,

    Sorry for the delay.

We would like to check this issue on your website’s admin dashboard, however the WP login you shared is incomplete. Please include the WP admin URL and the username in the sensitive data section so we can proceed with debugging the issue.

In the meantime, please ensure that the pages/posts contain a focus keyword to get the SEO scores.

    Looking forward to helping you.

    Hello,

I have updated the sensitive data as requested. Can you please check further?

    Thank you.

ok, all info should be there. The focus keyword is already there for each single page!

why are you asking me to add a focus word to get a SEO score? I already told you the info is there when looking at individual pages.

    Hello,

Only the username is added in the sensitive data section. Please include the password as well so we can log in to your WordPress dashboard.

Regarding the focus keyword, it needs to be added to your posts/pages so Rank Math can analyze the content and provide the score.

    Looking forward to helping you.

it is in the screenshot I sent. what do you not understand about my initial request? all the focus keywords are set for each page. you just can’t see (unless you actually edit the specific page) it b/c it doesn’t display, which is why we’re having this conversation. thank you

    any news on this?

    Hello,

We deeply apologize for the unexpected delay in response.

We tried to check your website but the password you’ve shared is showing incorrect. You can check the screenshot in the sensitive data section for reference.

Please try to update the logins in the sensitive data section so that we can check the issue further for you.

    Looking forward to helping you.

    Thank you.
