    Hi,
    Team RankMath.
First of all, I would like to say Thanks for your kind support. I needed your further assistance regarding image indexing 6 days ago I posted an article with the keyword “XYZ” and the image title and alt text are mostly the same. But I saw a problem When I search my “XYZ” Keyword and go to the search engine image tab to see my article post image. It’s showing image but with different article and keyword.

Here you may take a look at the image.

  • Hello,

Thank you for contacting Rank Math and bringing your concern to our attention. I’m sorry for any inconvenience this issue may have caused you.

Please note that we don’t have any control over how images in the SERP results are displayed and search engines display them as per their will and it mostly depends on the keyword search term and the website authority.

Since the Images are indexed in the Image tab, then Google has already recognized your images, it just happened that they didn’t include them on the main SERP for a particular keyword.

You need to ensure that the preferred keyword is mentioned in your image’s alt or title. Not only that, your content should have been optimized properly to describe the image further.

    Hope that helps.

    Thank you.
