Hello,
Thank you for getting in touch with us.
To remove the already indexed URLs from indexing, you can use the option on your GSC to request removal. To ensure they don’t get indexed again, you should check to ensure that you have not the related sitemap in Rank math > Sitemap Settings > Your post type.
You can also add a disallow to keep all your template URLs from being crawled by bots.
On the issue with setting the noindex option, please note that some options are only available when you enable the Advanced Mode in Rank Math. You can switch to the Advanced Mode from the top-right corner at WordPress Dashboard > Rank Math > Dashboard. Here is a screenshot for reference: https://i.rankmath.com/oMQ5Vj
Hope that helps and please do not hesitate to let us know if you need our assistance with anything else.
Well, that’s not a solution. With Yoast SEO Plugin, I can easily deindex cloud templates-

Where’s this option in your plugin?
Thanks!
Hello,
The options to index/noindex items including posts and pages in your site should appear in Rank math > Titles & Meta Under each listed pages or post types.
Please let us know if your template pages are listed here. You should also check in Rank math > Sitemap Settings to make sure if there is a template related sitemap, it is disabled.
If this still doesn’t help, we might need to take a closer look at the settings. Please edit the first post on this ticket and include your WordPress logins in the designated Sensitive Data section.
It is completely secure and only our support staff has access to that section. If you want, you can use the below plugin to generate a temporary login URL to your website and share that with us instead:
https://wordpress.org/plugins/temporary-login-without-password/
You can use the above plugin in conjunction with the WP Security Audit Log to monitor what changes our staff might make on your website (if any):

We really look forward to helping you.
Hello,
We wanted to add that you can do that on individual posts/terms/taxonomies as well:

Or from global settings:
Hope that helps and please do not hesitate to let us know if you need our assistance with anything else.
Used that setting already but still the page has ‘index’ meta tag.
I am working with the site and theme dev to figure out the problem.
If the plugin is causing any problem, I will let you guys know.
Thanks for your time!
Hello,
Thank you for the follow up.
Please look into it and if it appears to be an issue with Rank math, include the access and let us know so we can look into it.
