    Hello team,

    After updating to Rank Math, I noticed a sharp drop in traffic. Then went to my search console discovered the error above. Switched back to Yoast and everything went back to ‘indexed and submitted’.

    Hello,

    Thank you for contacting Rank Math today.

    It is recommended to submit your main sitemap in your GSC even though your site is indexed. You should also exclude sitemap URLs from caching if you have any caching setup in your site.

    That should fix the issue.

    If it doesn’t, please do let us know so we can look at this further.
