Hello,
Thank you for contacting Rank Math today.
I have checked the affected URL and it appears on sitemap. This issue has been known to resolve given sometime for google to re-crawl your sitemap. Please let us know if the issue persists for long.
Looking forward to helping you. Thank you.
Hi
I just checked my sitemap and it says this error message >> https://prnt.sc/t32pgz
how to solve this?
Hello,
To help you with it, we might need to take a closer look at the settings. Please edit the first post on this ticket and include your WP logins in the designated Sensitive Data section.
It is completely secure and only our support staff has access to that section. If you want, you can use the below plugin to generate a temporary login URL to your website and share that with us instead:
https://wordpress.org/plugins/temporary-login-without-password/
You can use the above plugin in conjunction with the WP Security Audit Log to monitor what changes our staff might make on your website (if any):
https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-security-audit-log/
We really look forward to helping you.

Hello,
I have updated the sensitive data as requested. Can you please check further?
Thank you.
Hello,
We do not see the 404 on that sitemap URL.
1. Please delete the sitemaps from the Google Search Console.
2. Clear your website cache and add sitemap_index.xml and *-sitemap.xml (this might be different for W3 Total Cache plugin) to the exclusion list in your Cache plugin.
3. Add sitemap_index.xml file again to your Google Search Console.
That should do the trick.
Hope that helps and please do not hesitate to let us know if you need our assistance with anything else.
