I don’t suppose it is working because the Sitemaps are still getting cached.
You might want to contact W3 Total Cache About this or you can add individual sitemap file names:
sitemap_index.xml
post-sitemap.xml
page-sitemap.xml
category-sitemap.xml
product-sitemap.xml

Looks like the sitemap is not cached anymore.
You should remove the sitemap from Google Search Console and add it again if the issue persists.
If not, share a couple of URLs that are indexed but not in the sitemap.
Okay. Now i am Removed and again put sitemap in GSC.
