I have checked the URL you have provided, and it seems to appear fine in your sitemap. I have also checked your settings, sitemap, robots.txt and everything appears to be fine. The URL is also showing on the Google search results page.
If at all you have not submitted the correct sitemap then you need to submit /sitemap_index.xml and need to ensure that all the inner sitemaps like post-sitemap.xml etc. are showing up in your Google Search Console while clicking on sitemap_index.xml file.
I have also seen similar cases previously where when the sitemap has a lot of links (like in your case), where Google takes a few days to process it. In this case, I would recommend waiting a few days and after that check it again.
