All urls of website have indexed without sitemap ? I checked every URL in search console, which show indexed but not submitted in sitemap.

It is possible that you have not submitted the correct sitemap.
The correct URL is https://bharatonenews.com/sitemap_index.xml and it seems to contain all your posts.
Could you share a few URLs that you cannot find in the sitemap?
