I have no severe errors in my webmaster account, only 2 indications that the title is too long and alt tag is missing. But do they have an impact to the indextaion? I’ve fixed the major issues.

There are practically all urls with a Guidelines issues.
But I dont understand what exactly can prevent them from indexation, Title?/Content?…
I’ve checked all the Guidelines and Adhere to All of their Rules…

The most common errors indicated:
-H1 tag is missing
-the Descriprion is too long or too short
-the img tag does not have an Alt attribute
Can they affect to such extend?

I’ve checked your site, and it seems that those URLs you have provided are already appearing on the Google Search results page. Your sitemap and robots.txt are also working fine.
If a URL is on Google, there is technically no reason for it to not be included in Bing, unless Bing has some reason to not index a page like DMCA, copyright content, nulled content, copied content, etc.
In this case, only Bing knows the exact reason why they are not indexed, as from checking the page’s source code, there are no apparent issues.
I would recommend trying various site audit tools like SEMRush to check if there is an issue with your website.

I also don’t know why such issues appeared in Bing, there is no problems on Google with these and other pages. As for other rules, I should say that it also adheres to the content guidelines and represents a unique content.
I will recheck the pages via Semrush.
