    Hello, I too have no index tags being applied to index post meta. I have followed all instructions in previous support tickets.

    IT IS A CODING ISSUE – The index and NOindex tabs have been reversed on the main index between updates look in screen shots of previous advice then look at the position of current check boxes on title and meta page on main settings. They have been reversed and are both showing noindex!!!

    I have screen shots for you. But if you look you will see it. Good luck

    Hello,

    Thank you for contacting Rank Math and sorry for any inconvenience that might have been caused due to that.

    The noindex problem seems to have resolved itself. Yet I am still having issues with a few posts not been added to the sitemap.

    I Have:

    1. Resaved Permalinks
    2. Resaved Sitemap settings in Ranck Math
    3. Cleared my Cache
    4. Cleared Cloudflare Cache
    5. Added from another support ticket
    /**
    * Filter if XML sitemap transient cache is enabled.
    *
    * @param boolean $unsigned Enable cache or not, defaults to true
    */
    add_filter( ‘rank_math/sitemap/disable_caching’, ‘__return_true’);

    The problem still remains. This seems to be a real bug as this issue takes a full page on google just with the latest support tickets on the problem. There is a bug.

    Please keep this topic open until resolved.

    Please take a look. Nicola

    No the issue still exists.

    Hello,

    Iā€™m sorry for the delay and for any inconvenience this issue may have caused you.

    Assuming you are using the latest version of all the plugins and the themes (please update if not yet), please record a video screencast using a tool like Loom showing the troubleshooting and edit the first post on this ticket and include your WordPress & FTP logins in the designated Sensitive Data section as well as the Sitemap URLs.
    Sensitive Data Section

    It is completely secure and only our support staff has access to that section. If you want, you can use the below plugin to generate a temporary login URL to your website and share that with us instead:

    https://wordpress.org/plugins/temporary-login-without-password/

    You can use the above plugin in conjunction with the WP Security Audit Log to monitor what changes our staff might make on your website (if any):

    https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-security-audit-log/

    Please do take a complete backup of your website before sharing the information with us.

    We really look forward to helping you.

    Now the sitemap has rolled back to Nov 26 even though the post I just submitted is dated 6 Jan!

    I have FOLLOWED every SINGLE suggestion to get the sitemap working. there are so many tickets about the sitemap. It’s a bug!

    Hello,

    Have you also excluded your Sitemap from Cloudflare?

    If you have yet, you can try that. Here is the instruction link:
    https://rankmath.com/kb/exclude-sitemaps-from-caching/

    I hope this resolves your issue.

    Hello,

    There has to be something else because there is no bug in Rank Math for the sitemaps. We have had 10s of 1000s of users and only a handful are facing issues and these issues are not unique to Rank Math. Some of the competing products have 20x the issues.

    Please it does not mean there is a bug in the sitemaps even with our competition. The sitemap is a complex feature and with so many moving parts – there are bound to be issues with some installation.

    If you can tell us exactly what issue you are facing with the Sitemaps – we can suggest a better solution.

    Uzair,

    I’m not saying other platforms don’t have bugs I am saying that RankMath has a bug. If you look at the number of tickets and take a look at the Unofficial RankMath Facebook page you will see a discussion on the sitemap bugs.

    You will not see any on the RankMath Facebook group as you censor any comments and don’t post anything bad. This along with posting a screenshot of a google search results page reflecting negatively on your main competitor shows very unprofessional behavior. This is immature and is not winning you any friends in the WordPress community.

    It is, for this reason, I am not comfortable sharing login data with you and allowing your team into my sites(s) – this problem is on multiple sites with multiple different plugin combinations on different servers.

    Your platform is good, deal with the few bugs you have as professionals and not an amateur Mickey Mouse outfit. Allow good and bad comments on your Facebook page. That is unless you don’t believe your product can stand on its own two feet.

    Hello,

    We appreciate your feedback.

    We will share it with the dev. team but every single issue with the Sitemaps that we have seen so far has to do with incorrect settings on user’s websites. We fix bug every other week and if this were a bug, we would have resolved as soon as we encounter it.

    We have already provided plenty of explanations about us not accepting support questions on Facebook as well. This support forum is public as well so we have nothing to hide.

    If you need further help or with anything else, please open a new support ticket here so we can help.

    We are always here for assistance.
