Hi, Team RankMath, First of all, thanks for always kind support.
I am encountering an issue where when searching for my article titled ‘8 Best TimeShift Alternatives,’ the search results display an incorrect title and description that are not relevant to the search query. Instead of showing the expected article title and description, it displays unrelated content from the homepage.

I have attached a screenshot for your reference, illustrating the problem. This inconsistency in search results is affecting my content’s user experience and discoverability. I would greatly appreciate assistance in resolving this issue and ensuring that the correct article title and description appear in the search results for the specified keyword.

I am using RankMath Pro on my other website, the results are amazing but here’s the problem.

Please investigate and provide guidance on how to rectify this issue. Thank you for your support and attention to this matter.

  • Hello,

Thank you for contacting Rank Math and bringing your concern to our attention. I’m sorry for the delay and for any inconvenience this issue may have caused you.

You’ve mentioned that you’re using Rank Math PRO but the account you have used to open this ticket is the Rank Math free version.

Can you please search and forward a receipt from FastSpring.com or the email address you used to purchase so we can locate your account and verify it?

Regarding the issue, the screenshot you shared in the sensitive data section is not working. Could you please check?

Meanwhile, to ensure that the meta title and description you have set are already applied, you can verify that using these tools:
    https://heymeta.com
    https://rankmath.com/tools/meta-tag-analyzer/

If the data you have entered is already showing, then the best you can do is optimize your meta title and description to try and match the intent of the search/keyword.

    Looking forward to helping you.
