Dear Rank Math Support Team,
I hope this message finds you well.
A few weeks ago, I updated my billing details and payment method in my Rank Math account to reflect my company information and corporate card, as I intended for future payments to be processed through my business.
Despite setting the new corporate card as the default payment method, today the subscription fee was still charged to my personal card. I kindly ask for your assistance in the following:
1. Please refund the amount that was charged to my personal card.
2. Reprocess the payment using the updated corporate card that is already set as the primary method in my account.If you require any additional information or documentation to proceed, I will be happy to provide it.
