  • Hello,

Thanks for contacting us, and sorry for any inconvenience that might have been caused due to that.

I’ve checked the URL you’ve shared in the sensitive data section, and assuming you are using the latest version of all the plugins and the themes.

    1. If yes, can you please try re-installing Rank Math SEO plugin?

To uninstall Rank Math, please follow the steps at this link:
    https://rankmath.com/kb/uninstall/

Please note that the method mentioned here is to completely uninstall Rank Math and delete all the Rank Math data on your site.

If you wanted to only setup again your site in the Setup Wizard, you can do that in Rank Math > Dashboard > Help:
    https://rankmath.com/kb/how-to-access-setup-wizard/

Please be advised that reinstalling Rank Math will not delete all your settings data.

    2. If not, please try updating them.

Hope that helps, and please do not hesitate to let us know if you need our assistance with anything else.

    Thank you.

    thanks for the response Md

    Hello,

We might need to take a closer look at the settings. Please edit the first post on this ticket and include your WordPress & FTP logins in the designated Sensitive Data section.

Please do take a complete backup of your website before sharing the information with us.
    Sensitive Data Section

It is completely secure and only our support staff has access to that section. If you want, you can use the below plugin to generate a temporary login URL to your website and share that with us instead:

    https://wordpress.org/plugins/temporary-login-without-password/

You can use the above plugin in conjunction with the WP Security Audit Log to monitor what changes our staff might make on your website (if any):

We really look forward to helping you.

    Hello,

I have updated the sensitive data as requested. Can you please check further?

    Thank you.

    Hello,

Looking at the sitemaps we can see a lot of images being added to them.

Please note that we only add the images that are inside the post content on the database and added via the default image HTML tag.

For example, if you have a slider on the page, the images on the slider won’t get added to the sitemap.

Don’t hesitate to get in touch if you have any other questions.

The slider has only one photo but the topic itself has more than 15 photos and appears in a sitemap with just 5 photos in a topic. the problem is that photos are inside post content 🙁

    Hello,

Can you please add your site’s FTP access details in the Sensitive Data Section so we can debug the issue by editing some plugin files?

    Looking forward to helping you.

    Hello,

I have updated the sensitive data as requested. Can you please check further?

    Thank you.

    Hello,

Thank you for sharing the FTP access. We use the esc_url function in the Sitemap to exclude the external images added in the content. This code is causing issue on your site since the images on your site has spaces in them.

I have logged it as a bug and we’ll release an update soon with the fix. For now, to fix the issue on your site I have commented the code on lines 309-313 in seo-by-rank-math/includes/modules/sitemap/class-image-parser.php file. The Sitemap is now showing the correct count. Can you please confirm?

    I hope that helps.

It’s worked very well, thank you!
