Incorrect Email Used for Signing Up to Rank Math Pro

In the Sensitive Data section, enter the email address(es) you want to connect to your PRO account, including the email you used to purchase the PRO plan. You may also need to provide a screenshot of the invoice you received from FastSpring.com.

Here’s a quick guide on how to submit your ticket:

1. Enter a one-line summary of the issue in the Ticket Title section.
2. Provide more details in the Ticket Question section.
3. Include the email addresses in the Sensitive Data section.
4. Click the SUBMIT YOUR TICKET button.

Steps to be followed:
1. Ensure that you are logged in to your paid account
https://rankmath.com/my-account/edit-account/

2. Disconnect and reconnect your account from inside WordPress:

WordPress Dashboard > Rank Math > Dashboard > Help and click the connect/disconnect and then the connect button.

You will be taken to RankMath.com again where you can connect your account to activate your license.

You do not need to remove the free version of the plugin. Everything will be ported over to the PRO version.
