I am reaching out regarding an issue I’ve encountered while attempting to purchase a subscription through Apple Pay.
I have tried completing the transaction twice, but each time the payment page loads without providing any confirmation or response. Additionally, I have not received any notifications from my bank or Apple Pay, so I am unsure if the payment was processed.
Could you kindly advise on the following:
Should I attempt the transaction again, or is there an issue on your end that I should wait for you to resolve?
Will the two transactions I attempted process after a few hours, or should I expect them to be canceled or refunded?
I would appreciate your guidance on how to proceed and any updates regarding the status of my purchase I only want one package from one transaction.Thank you for your assistance. I look forward to your response.
